Mandy Hart serves as a Regional Coordinator at CFMT, where she provides training and technical assistance to licensed childcare providers across Tennessee. She helps providers access resources, navigate grant processes, and ensure compliance with government requirements. Mandy’s role includes conducting training sessions, assisting with grant applications, and developing educational materials, all while supporting the foundation’s mission to enhance childcare services across the state. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in education, program evaluation, expertise in state and federal grants and program management, and holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University.

“I’m impressed and excited by the impactful and positive work being done at CFMT by the talented team that makes it possible,” says Mandy.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading, trail running, water sports on a boat, gardening, yoga, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and watching comedy movies.
