As Women’s Fund Manager at the CFMT, Janyl Igadna manages and stewards the growth of the Women’s Fund, an initiative dedicated to supporting women and girls across the region. She leads the planning and coordination of events that bring donors and advocates together, raising critical support through community engagement, networking, and storytelling.

Prior to joining CFMT, Janyl served in corporate relations roles at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and Thistle Farms, where she built strategic partnerships to strengthen support for the arts and anti-human trafficking efforts in Nashville.

“I was drawn to CFMT because of its deep, lasting impact on the community,” says Janyl. “The Foundation’s collaborative spirit and wide-reaching support of local causes align with my passion for connecting people to meaningful work.”

Outside of work, Janyl is always on the move—whether she’s Olympic weightlifting, hiking, traveling, or trying new restaurants. She loves experiencing new cultures, especially through food, and is always up for an adventure.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
