With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and medical records including 12 years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Ally brings a deep commitment to service and attention to detail to her role at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Most recently, she supported older adults and their caregivers as the Helpline and Office Coordinator at AgeWell Middle Tennessee, and also worked with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency’s Community Services division. Drawn to work that centers people and purpose, Ally was inspired to join CFMT after learning more about its reach and mission.

“The breadth of positive impact made by CFMT is enormous,” Ally says. “Human value is demonstrated here at a mighty level.”

When she’s not supporting CFMT’s Philanthropic Services team, you might find Ally ushering at the historic Ryman Auditorium or tending to her many bird feeders, plants, and pollinators. A self-proclaimed rescuer of “literally anything in need,” Ally has a heart for helping, making her a natural fit for CFMT’s mission.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
