As Philanthropic Services Senior Manager at Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Erin Holcomb leads the operations and administration of the Philanthropic Services team. She helps ensure smooth, efficient processes for donor onboarding, stewardship, and engagement while overseeing team workflows, managing reporting systems, and mentoring team associates. She also works closely with the Communications team to support clear and thoughtful donor communications.
In addition to her operational leadership, Erin manages a portfolio of fundholders that includes corporate partners and designated funds. She works alongside donors to support their charitable giving and grantmaking, helping them carry out their philanthropic goals while strengthening relationships with Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
“Connecting donors with their philanthropic goals is what drives me personally to create a better world for me, my family, and those who will follow us,” says Erin.
When she’s not at work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Craig, and their son, Charlie. The family shares their home with four beloved pets and enjoys traveling together to explore new places.
