The Motherless Queens Brunch is an annual event with a mission to honor, empower and unite young Queens between the ages of 7-18 who have experienced the loss of a mother by creating community and providing support.
At the age of 10 and 6, Linda Hope and Jasmely tragically lost their mother to a senseless act of gun violence. Growing up, Mother’s Day was one of the hardest holidays for them to celebrate. In 2018, they decided to use what was once a difficult holiday to celebrate as an opportunity to support + empower other daughters around the world who were experiencing the same pains and feelings of isolation they felt growing up motherless.
