Established in 2021

In memory of James H. and Margaret Foster, The Foster Furry Fund was established to provide care and medical treatment to animals. James (Jim) retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army after 25 years of service, and his wife Margaret, supported her community through volunteer service projects with her church and others as they moved around the country. The Fosters did not have
children of their own but always raised a house full of dogs that they referred to as their Furry Friends.

Jim and Margaret set aside their estate so they could continue to serve their community by helping support others who need financial assistance with care and medical treatment for their pets. The Foster Furry Fund’s mission is to ensure that all animals receive the care and medical treatment they deserve, regardless of financial hardship.
