The Richland Country Club Employee Assistance Fund is designed to provide short-term, emergency support to Richland Country Club employees who are facing serious financial hardship as the result of certain unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances and who cannot afford housing, utilities and other basic living expenses.  The Richland Country Club Employee Assistance Fund also allows employees and members the opportunity to participate in this effort by contributing to the Fund.
