Before her death in early 2008, Cecy Reed created this Fund to endow support for nonprofits which provide family planning services. Her concern was with the plight of the children borne of unwanted pregnancies. Her goal was to provide birth control options and opportunities for Middle Tennesseans, thereby reducing the number of unwanted pregnancies.
