Connie and Tom Cigarran are two well-known and much-appreciated donors to a wide range of nonprofit organizations. Connie has devoted her time, talent and treasure to create and nurture some of the best-loved events, such as the Antiques and Garden Show. Tom has dedicated much of his time and talent to leading the creative thinking of our community on topics such as improving public and private education. The creation of this Fund within The Community Foundation will further enable Connie and Tom to give with focus, understanding and convenience.
