Tina is the Donor Relations Manager at Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, where she plays a central role in supporting donors and fundholders and strengthening the relationships that make meaningful giving possible. Known for her warm approach and thoughtful care, Tina helps ensure donors feel connected to the causes they support and confident in their partnership with CFMT.
Tina joined CFMT in 2008 and has been a cornerstone of support ever since. She plays a key role on the Philanthropic Services team, helping to onboard new funds, maintain strong donor relationships, and ensure every contribution and acknowledgment is handled with intention. In addition to her donor-focused work, Tina serves as Fund Steward for 28 funds and helps foster a positive, connected workplace culture through her involvement with the Celebration Crew Committee.
Prior to her work at the Foundation, Tina worked with NowPlayingNashville.com, where she managed ticketing, social media, and themed content such as Things To Do This Weekend. She coordinated with more than 70 venues across Middle Tennessee, supported events including CMA Fest and the First Saturday Art Crawl, and worked closely with counties beyond metro Nashville to expand access to arts and cultural events.
“I love joining others in serving our Middle Tennessee communities and nonprofits through supporting Donors and Fundholders,” says Tina. “I am an encourager, and I get to do lots of this through CFMT!”
Outside of work, Tina enjoys homeschooling her daughter, spending time outdoors with her family and their dog, Caramel, and observing wild ferns, moss, lichen, and nearly everything green. Many mornings begin on the front porch of her home, affectionately known as the One Acre Wood, where she finds calm, coffee, and birdsong before the day begins.
