Rondal advances CFMT’s mission within the music, arts, sports, and entertainment industries by growing assets, increasing grantmaking, and delivering exceptional service to fundholders. He cultivates new relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations while managing and expanding existing partnerships. He works closely with fundholders to align their philanthropic goals with impactful community initiatives, provides strategic guidance, and ensures seamless fund management. Additionally, he contributes to developing innovative donor engagement programs, mentors team members, and supports cross-department collaboration to enhance CFMT’s overall philanthropic impact. By helping entertainers fulfil their dreams of giving back, Rondal is fulfilling a dream of his own. 

“Helping others find their philanthropic passions and connecting others to their truest and deepest compassion is a profound life dream of mine,” says Rondal. “There is no better platform to unite our community partners to change the world than working with the team at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. I am honored to do this important work and excited to be on the journey with and for our donors.”

Rondal has 21 immediate family members, many of whom live in the Middle Tennessee region. It is the greatest honor of his life to be known as a meaningful bridge builder of generations between his great grandparents to his great nieces and nephews as well as a curator of connection and community for his family. Away from work, you can find the seventh generation Tennessean exploring the backroads and hiking trails from Nashville to Sewanee and every point in between. When not relishing in the great outdoors, Rondal might be studying the lessons of empathy and kindness from Ted Lasso. #believe
