Morlunda brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to her role at the Community Foundation, with a background in overseeing complex program initiatives, managing community partner grants, strategic planning, and project management. She has a proven track record of building partnerships in underserved communities through meaningful relationships and cross-sector collaboration—work that has expanded program deliverables and led to the creation of impactful new initiatives.
Motivated by mission-driven work, Morlunda was drawn to CFMT’s commitment to community development and its efforts to amplify program visibility and increase participation among youth and families in underserved areas.
“I was inspired by how CFMT fosters growth that leads to real, lasting impact in communities,” says Morlunda.
Morlunda is passionate about facilitating professional development opportunities that connect nonprofit networks with external trainers and shared resources. A graduate of Fisk University, she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, tackling DIY projects, and spending quality time with her family.
