Kipkosgei Magut, a Kenyan native and avid runner, is a graduate of Belmont University with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems Management. Over the past 15 years, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a business founder and co-founder of initiatives aimed at supporting black and brown entrepreneurs, immigrants, and refugees. Currently, he leads Defyant, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in assisting non-profits with fundraising strategies, social enterprise initiatives, and establishing strong community partnerships.

In addition to his business ventures, Kipkosgei holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), underscoring his dedication to agile methodologies and effective project delivery.
