Elizabeth is an established leader in the Nashville nonprofit community. Through her work in Hands On Nashville and the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, she has helped hundreds of Middle Tennessee nonprofits increase service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Most recently, Elizabeth spent five years at Senior Ride Nashville, growing and shaping operational  processes and launching a locally recognized COVID-19 response program. Elizabeth specializes n program and system assessment improvement.

Elizabeth is also a word-nerd who enjoys proofreading marketing materials and internal documentation to ensure consistency in messaging. She also finds comfort in databases and enjoys building out systems to better suit organizational needs and streaming data usage practices.

Elizabeth is a dog person who owns a cat. She’s spent her career working to increase community impact with a focus on recruiting, training, and supporting the people nonprofits need to meet their missions. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, hiking, and catching the latest independent films at The Belcourt. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and English and a Master of Liberal Arts and Science degree from Vanderbilt University and earned her SHRM-CP in 2022.
