This scholarship fund is a part of the CFMT General Scholarship Application that is open annually from December 1st to February 1st.

Eligibility: Applicants should be residents of subsidized housing communities in Davidson County owned by First Cumberland Properties: Birchstone Village, Knollcrest Apartments, The Park at Richards Road, Skyview Apartments, Trinity Place, and Summerwind Apartments. Students with high school diploma or GED, 2.0 grade point average with plans to attend an accredited college, university, or technical college are eligible
