Morlunda Lattimore joined Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee as Capacity Building Senior Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading nonprofit programs, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives that strengthen organizations and expand opportunity for underserved communities.
In her role, Morlunda leads the strategic coordination of learning, capacity building, and community engagement for grassroots leaders from marginalized communities, with the Village. She designs and facilitates outcomes-driven workshops, manages peer-learning networks, conducts field research, and develops systems for data collection and continuous improvement. Her work ensures nonprofit partners have equitable access to culturally responsive training, consulting, funding opportunities, and technical assistance—strengthening organizational capacity and community impact across Middle Tennessee.
Morlunda also serves on the Philanthropy Team, where she leads the Black Women Giving Circle, mobilizing collective giving, and philanthropic investment in Middle Tennessee.
Morlunda brings a collaborative, equity-centered, and people-focused approach to philanthropy and nonprofit capacity building. She is committed to empowering community leaders with the tools, relationships, and resources they need to thrive—believing that strong organizations and community-led solutions are essential to driving transformative and lasting change.
