As Entertainment Philanthropy Manager, Ramsey supports the development and stewardship of a growing portfolio of fundholders in the music, arts, sports, and entertainment industries. She brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit development, donor relations, and community engagement to her role at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Her career includes leadership positions at organizations such as Saddle Up!, Hands On Nashville, Greater Nashville Habitat for Humanity, and the Frist Art Museum. With a strong background in donor stewardship, campaign strategy, and event coordination, Ramsey is passionate about connecting people with purpose and helping generosity make a lasting impact.

A Nashville native, Ramsey earned her B.A. in Art History from Georgetown University and has remained deeply rooted in her community through both her professional work and volunteer leadership. A chance to do more lead Ramsey to CFMT.

“I believe that we are entrusted to leave the world a better place than how we found it, and I’m excited by the opportunity to join a team that makes such a broad impact by connecting donors and partner nonprofits,” says Ramsey. “Lifting up philanthropy through the connections of CFMT is truly the dream.”

Outside of work, Ramsey enjoys exploring the beautiful Tennessee landscape with her husband, kids, and their enthusiastic black Labrador at Tim’s Ford Lake. She also loves entertaining, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
