As Events & Communications Manager at Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Brady Shipman plays a key administrative and logistical role in making sure CFMT meetings and events run smoothly, efficiently, and with a consistent standard of hospitality and clear communication. He supports both internal and external gatherings, from donor and grantee convenings to community partner meetings, coordinating event logistics, and handling event-related communications.

“CFMT’s impact is as expansive as it is diverse,” says Brady. “I’ve always thrived in dynamic environments and roles that call for adaptability, so I feel inspired by the alignment in values and structure alike. I’m grateful to contribute from an Events & Communications perspective after several years of honing those skills in creative, international, and corporate environments.”

When he’s not at work, Brady can usually be found with a book in hand, curating his vinyl collection, or tinkering with hobby writing projects. He also cherishes time with his family back in Arkansas, catching the live music Nashville has to offer, and spending time on Banjo Bay, his Animal Crossing island.
