Andrea Stilwell serves as Executive Director of the Middle TN Donors Forum (MTDF), where she carries out the vision and priorities of the MTDF Steering Committee while leading member engagement, programming, and partnership development. Working closely with the Steering Committee, Andrea helps ensure the forum remains a trusted and responsive hub for philanthropic learning, coordination, and idea exchange across Middle Tennessee. Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee serves as the fiscal sponsor of MTDF.

Andrea brings experience from both sides of the philanthropic landscape, having worked with nonprofit organizations as well as funders. She is especially motivated by opportunities to connect people, ideas, and resources in ways that support effective and thoughtful giving. As a natural collaborator, she enjoys helping funders access the tools and relationships they need to support the communities they serve.

“I love being able to connect people and ideas in ways that strengthen philanthropy and support the incredible work happening across Middle Tennessee,” says Andrea.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys volunteering, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being on the water through activities like paddleboarding, scuba diving, and boating. She also enjoys working on her pickleball game, attending live music events, cheering on the Nashville Predators, and following her favorite college and professional sports teams.
