PMC Care Employee Assistance Fund

waves
Established 2019

The PMC Jeffrey V. Employee Assistance Fund is designed to provide short-term, emergency support to PMC employees who are facing serious financial hardship as a result of certain unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances and who cannot afford housing, utilities and other basic living expenses. The Fund also allows company employees the opportunity to participate in this effort by contributing to the fund in support of fellow employees who may experience such a hardship.

Jeff Vasilinda, or Jeffrey V. as we choose to remember him by, embodied PMC’s Core Values and was a true representation of being “Hungry and Humble“ with a “Passion to Serve.” Jeff was the epitome of servant leadership and lived to serve others, as he relocated twice for PMC and opened countless accounts across the country. Tragically, Jeff died in December 2019 from complications of the flu. In his last days with us, Jeff was planning a fishing tournament in his Florida hometown where he was planning to give all the proceeds from the tournament to the PMC Cares Employee Assistance Fund. On January 19, 2020, PMC dedicated its Employee Assistance Fund in his name.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
