This scholarship fund is a part of the CFMT General Scholarship Application that is open annually from December 1st to February 1st.

Eligibility: Those eligible to apply must be a Cheatham County, Tennessee, resident for a period of one year or more. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with a grade point average of 2.0 or better. Students must attend an accredited college, university or technical school and maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or better.

A group of concerned Cheatham County citizens was looking for a way to serve current and future generations. Based on their sense of county priorities, they opted to create a Scholarship Fund that supports not only the “A” student, but also the “B” and “C” students.
