The Alex LeVasseur Memorial Fund presents Jeffrey Steele and Friends, an intimate evening with Jeffrey Steele and various music artists at Rocketown. Proceeds from the event benefit the Alex LeVasseur Memorial Fund of The Community Foundation and its scholarship program which helps underprivileged youth in Nashville by motivating them in school and in life.

Team Chad Runs The Country Music Marathon
Continuing Chad's Fight Against Leukemia

Team Chad is again participating in the Country Music Marathon/ Half Marathon on April 24, to “Continue Chad's Fight Against Leukemia” through the Chad Welch Memorial Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Team Chad raises money in memory of Chad Welch, who lost his two-year battle with leukemia is 2007, to support those in need during their battle with cancer. Through the Hematology Helping Hands Fund (HHHF) at Vanderbilt Cancer Center (Chad's hospital), Team Chad has been able to directly impact the lives of people fighting the same battle Chad fought.
