Natasha Huff is a Client Experience and Reporting Associate for the ChildcareTennessee Initiative here at CFMT. In this role, Natasha is the go-to person for assisting childcare agencies, managing helpdesk support, verifying memberships, and ensuring grant applications are in compliance. Her work plays a key part in helping Tennessee’s licensed childcare programs thrive by improving quality and capacity.
Natasha’s passion for community support extends far beyond her role at CFMT. As the spouse of an active-duty military member, she has gained experience across diverse industries—ranging from in-home childcare to government contracting and assisting veterans with their benefits. This diverse background inspired her to launch Military Hero Empowerment, a resource-sharing community that connects military families with the resources they need. Natasha’s drive to support others, both at work and within her community, and the pressing need to find childcare resources within the military community are what drew her to CFMT.
“…As I researched resources to help address this issue within one community, I quickly realized that it [lack of child care resources] is a much more widespread problem than I initially thought,” says Natasha. “That made me eager to become a part of something meaningful and to serve my fellow Tennesseans and military families.”
When she’s not busy with work or career-related activities, Natasha enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending her children’s extracurricular activities, and hanging out with friends. Additionally, when she has the time, she likes to volunteer in her community.
