The Bill Breen Bluegrass Youth Education Fund.

A bluegrass music education fund for young people in memory of banjo player William J. Breen, Ph.D.; Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; Evanston, Illinois.

It will be used to support youth education-related project grants, Bluegrass in the Schools Mini-grants and other education grants and programs that benefit young people (age 21 and younger) at the IBMA Foundation.
