The Giving Tree is an annual program of The Tomorrow Fund in which we partner with childcare centers within Metropolitan Nashville to support low-income families during the holiday season. Participants and partnering businesses provide much needed warm clothes and gifts to families in need. In 2020, we supported 120 children from four childcare facilities. These facilities included: Community Care Fellowship’s Dare to Dream program, Jewell’s Gems, McNeilly Center for Children, & Fannie Battle Day Home. In the past thirteen years, this program has supported over 995 families amounting to $99,500 in holiday support.

As you may imagine, there were quite a few more families in need of support this holiday season. As always, our community really stepped up and met that need, allowing us to support more families than we ever have before. If you are interested in supporting a family in need in 2021’s Giving Tree or represent a business that is interested in participating in this heartwarming holiday project with your team, please reach out to Nicole at nicole@cfmt.org for more details.

A big THANK YOU to this year’s supporting businesses: Wex Inc., Ona Skincare Nashville, Dell, Learning Matters, Nonprofit Software Specialists, The Law Office of Brad Scarbrough, Ortale Kelley, PODS Moving and Storage, & U-Haul.
