NASVHILLE, Tenn.—The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a charitable organization benefiting nonprofits serving those in need in Middle Tennessee, announces the addition of three new members to its team. Susan Carter, Ava Gold and Tina Randolph will serve as Infant Mortality Reduction Coordinator, Donor Services Assistant, and Administrative Assistant, respectively.

In this role, she provides local leadership, assists in the development of local response to address infant mortality, and acts as a liaison with local health departments, prenatal centers and faith-based groups, among other responsibilities.
Gold provides vital support to donors, staff, volunteers and board members as donor services assistant. Gold has worked as an administrative professional for more than eight years, with experience at a Dye, Van Mol and Lawrence, Homeland Security Corporation, Dual Diagnosis Management, and The Rainmaker Academy.
As an administrative assistant, Randolph supports several areas of the Foundation’s operation. Randolph has been an independent consultant for the worldwide direct sale company Pampered Chef for six years. Previously, Randolph worked with patients and insurance company representatives at the Murfreesboro Medical Clinic.
